1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VumaCloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, subscribers, and visitors.

2. Services

VumaCloud provides cloud-based software services including ERP, business email, web hosting, e-commerce, and developer APIs. Services are provided on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Billing

You are responsible for maintaining account security. Subscriptions are billed in advance. Prices are shown in local currency where available, or USD. We accept mobile money, Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, or any purpose that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

VumaCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nairobi, Kenya courts.
