Our fair use policy ensures that all customers enjoy consistent, high-quality service. Unlimited plans are subject to fair use — they are designed for normal business use, not bulk processing or resale.

Email & API Services

Bulk email sending must comply with anti-spam laws. Unsolicited commercial email (spam) is strictly prohibited. API access is subject to rate limits specified in your plan.

Hosting Services

Shared hosting accounts may not be used for file storage, video streaming, or other high-bandwidth activities unrelated to standard website operation. VPS and dedicated plans have no such restrictions.

Enforcement

Accounts found to be in violation of this policy may be throttled, suspended, or terminated. We will contact you before taking action where possible.
