New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied with our services. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via our contact form or email [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund request. We process refunds within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your renewal date. Contact us if you have concerns about a renewal charge.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for services that have been substantially used, domain registrations, or setup fees. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer account credits at our discretion.
