Anti-Spam Policy

VumaCloud has zero tolerance for spam. All email services must be used in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM (USA), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU), and local African regulations.

Prohibited Activities

  • Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam)
  • Harvesting email addresses without consent
  • Sending email without a clear unsubscribe mechanism
  • Misrepresenting sender identity
  • Sending malware, phishing, or fraudulent content

Enforcement

Accounts violating this policy will be suspended immediately. Repeated violations result in permanent termination. We cooperate with law enforcement in cases of illegal spam activity.
